Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Airhostesses. This role involves ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers while delivering exceptional in-flight hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome passengers onboard and assist them to their seats.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures.
• Serve meals, beverages, and other refreshments to passengers.
• Attend to passenger queries and provide solutions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout the flight.
• Handle in-flight emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Assist passengers with special needs, including the elderly, disabled, or unaccompanied minors.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the cabin area.
• Represent the airline professionally and uphold its reputation for excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• A customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Height and weight proportionate to industry standards for safety.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A valid passport and eligibility to travel internationally.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Training in first aid and emergency procedures is an advantage.
