Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew Members. In this role, you will ensure the safety and comfort of passengers while delivering a high standard of in-flight hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet passengers warmly as they board and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Provide safety demonstrations and ensure passengers are aware of emergency procedures.
• Serve food, beverages, and other refreshments during the flight.
• Respond promptly to passenger inquiries and requests, ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor cabin conditions and ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
• Handle in-flight emergencies efficiently, prioritizing passenger safety and security.
• Assist passengers with special needs, including children, elderly individuals, and those with disabilities.
• Adhere to airline policies and safety regulations at all times.
• Represent the airline positively and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• A friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly.
• Physically fit and able to meet the requirements of the role, including height and reach standards.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A valid passport and eligibility to travel internationally.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is advantageous.
• Training in first aid and emergency procedures is beneficial.
