Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma  in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and revenue optimization.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Preferred Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in hotel management or related roles.
  • Experience in managing a diverse team and multi-departmental operations.
