Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our cabin crew team. As a Cabin Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction while providing exceptional in-flight hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome passengers onboard and assist them with seating and luggage.
• Conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations and ensure passenger compliance with safety procedures.
• Serve meals, beverages, and other refreshments during the flight.
• Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
• Handle in-flight emergencies and provide first aid when required.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cabin area.
• Work collaboratively with other crew members and follow instructions from the captain and senior crew.
• Represent the airline professionally and maintain a polished appearance at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• A friendly and customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
• Physically fit with the ability to meet height, weight, and reach requirements as per airline standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid passport and eligibility to travel internationally.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is advantageous.
• First aid and emergency procedure training is a plus.
