Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome passengers onboard and assist with seating arrangements and luggage.
• Provide information about train schedules, stops, and available services.
• Serve meals, beverages, and refreshments courteously and efficiently.
• Address passenger inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure a pleasant travel experience.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the passenger cabin.
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as children, elderly individuals, and those with disabilities.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively while ensuring passenger safety.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
• Represent the railway service professionally and maintain a courteous and approachable demeanor.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and/or regional languages; additional language skills are a plus.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role, including standing or walking for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or transportation roles is a plus.
• Basic first aid and safety training is advantageous.
