Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Railway Crew Members. In this role, you will provide exceptional hospitality and support services to passengers, ensuring their journey is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome passengers onboard and assist with luggage and seating arrangements.
• Provide information about train schedules, destinations, and onboard facilities.
• Serve food, beverages, and other refreshments courteously and efficiently.
• Address passenger inquiries, handle complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards within the cabin area.
• Assist passengers with special requirements, including elderly individuals, children, and those with disabilities.
• Conduct safety checks and assist in emergency situations, following established protocols.
• Work collaboratively with other crew members to ensure smooth operations.
• Represent the railway service with professionalism and maintain a courteous demeanor at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and/or regional languages; additional language skills are a plus.
• A customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to stay calm and composed in challenging situations.
• Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role, including standing or walking for long periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in hospitality, transportation, or customer service roles is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and safety procedures is a plus.
