Job Description: Railway Hostess – Hospitality

Job Summary:
We are seeking polite, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Railway Hostesses. In this role, you will provide exceptional hospitality services to passengers, ensuring their comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome passengers onboard and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Provide information about the train schedule, stops, and onboard services.
• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages to passengers during the journey.
• Address passenger inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a pleasant travel experience.
• Monitor passenger comfort and ensure that the cabin area remains clean and organized.
• Assist passengers with special needs, including children, elderly individuals, and those with disabilities.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and follow safety protocols.
• Represent the railway service professionally, maintaining a courteous and approachable demeanor at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and/or regional languages; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality and service.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
• Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role, including standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or transportation is a plus.
• Basic first aid training is an advantage.
